Channels Estate Wedding Photography: On Saturday I photographed Janet and Andy’s wedding which took place at St. Mary’s Church, Widford in Chelmsford and the reception was at Channels Estate (https://www.channelsestate.co.uk/), Little Waltham, in Chelmsford, Essex.
I arrived at the brides home where the bridal party were getting ready and captured all the details. It was forecast to be the hottest day of the year so far, with plenty of sunshine.
I then took the short journey to St. Mary’s Church where the groom and best man were waiting.
After a few group photographs we then left for Channels Estate.
I took a mixture of candid and formal group photographs while the drinks reception took place.
The wedding breakfast took place in the Essex Barn.
After the meal the speeches began and then the cutting of the wedding cake.
As it had been a hot day with fabulous weather we decided to do the wedding portraits after the meal, as it was slightly cooler and much softer light.
I had a great time with Janet and Andy. Molly and the team at Channels were fantastic and made sure everything kept to time.
