Brocket Hall Pre-Wedding Shoot: This morning I met up with Madeleine and Paul for their pre-wedding visit to Brocket Hall (www.brocket-hall.co.uk/celebrations/weddings/) where they are having their wedding in a few weeks time. It was raining lightly so we used nature’s umbrella and headed for the shelter of the trees for a few photographs. A pre-wedding shoot or engagement shoot gives the couple the opportunity to get used to the camera a little before their big day. Although I do take a some formal shots on the wedding day, I tend not to spend too much time over-posing the couple into unnatural positions. I prefer people to feel as comfortable as possible in front of the camera and cuddle/hold each other as they would naturally.
