Wedding Photography Blake Hall May: On Sunday I photographed Lauren and Grant’s wedding at Blake Hall (http://www.blakehall.co.uk/) and it was the sunniest day of the year so far!
My aim is to tell the wedding story through photographs, capturing the real emotion and joy of the wedding day. From natural, candid moments as well as some traditional style shots, I cover the day in a relaxed way.
The bride and bridal party were all getting ready in the Old Coach House. I was working alongside Steve the videographer and we worked well together.
The groom arrived in a Noble sports car!
The ceremony took place in the Hay Barn.
The drinks reception is a great opportunity for me to capture candid shots of the guests enjoying themselves.
We went for the wedding portraits using the private gardens at Blake Hall.
We also had a few group photographs and the confetti.
The wedding meal took place in the Essex Barn.
The harpist was great and played lovely music all afternoon.
Magician Nick Crown (http://www.nickcrown.co.uk/) was entertaining the guests.
After the meal we took advantage of the evening light for a couple of photos on the drive.
The DJ was Leon from Disco 1 (http://www.disco1.co.uk/).
I had a great time with Lauren, Grant and their family and friends. It was fun to shoot at Blake Hall again, and there gardens are looking lovely. There was also an opportunity for a sunset shot.
