Reid Rooms Wedding Photography June 2015: On Friday I photographed this wedding for Rhiannon and Richard at The Reid Rooms (www.thereidrooms.co.uk) in Margaret Roding, Essex where I am a recommended supplier.
I arrived at the Reid Rooms on the morning of the wedding, it was forecast a cloudy but dry day, but it was actually very sunny with blue skies.
I caught up with the bride who was getting ready.
It wasn’t long before the groom arrived and I took him and his two best men for a couple of photographs in the drive. The Reid Rooms has lots of great locations for wedding photographs. I had Tony from Capture Video Productions (www.capture-video-productions.co.uk) alongside me filming the day.
The bride was in her dress and it wasn’t long before we headed to the wedding ceremony.
The Reid Rooms has it’s own wedding ceremony room.
After a few group photographs and lots of candids I took the couple around for a few romantic shots and their wedding portraits.
It was then time for the wedding breakfast followed by the speeches. Cornel was playing the piano during the meal (www.cornelopreamusic.com).
After the meal had concluded I asked the couple if they would like some evening shots utilising the soft evening light and the fabulous rural locations the Reid Rooms has to offer.
The groom also requested the reservoir dogs/walking shot and they’d all bought their shades along.
After the cutting of the cake it was time for the first dance. James from Piano DJ (www.pianodj.co.uk) was providing the evenings entertainment.
We had a dramatic sky for one last shot.
