Royal Chace Hotel Wedding Photography: On Saturday I photographed Samantha and Maceij’s wedding which took place at Cheshunt Registry Office and the Royal Chace Hotel (https://royal-chace.com/) in Enfield.

I arrived at the family home on the morning of the wedding where both the bride and the groom were getting ready, although in different areas of the property. The bride being a florist had done all her own flowers and they looked beautiful!

Maceij and the boys were almost ready, and we had some photographs in the garden.

The bride’s carriage had arrived, and “Archie” had the job of escorting her to the registry office.

After the ceremony we had a few photographs in the registry gardens, before heading the Royal Chace Hotel for the reception.

The couple had a photo with “Archie”.

Arran from Scarlett Heart Weddings (https://www.scarlettheartweddings.com/) was entertaining everyone with his amazing voice throughout the reception and into the evening.

There was an opportunity to grab a sunset photograph from the corner of the carpark!

I was working alongside videographers James and Ben from HNE Media (www.hnemedia.co.uk) and also Keith Reading the toastmaster (www.toastmasterdirect.co.uk).

It was the first time I’d photographed a wedding at Paradise Wildlife Park, although I did take a good look around on the pre-wedding visit. They have an outdoor ceremony area as well as a large marquee for the reception.

After the ceremony there were a few group photographs and then the couple and all their guests were able to wander around the park and see the animals. I followed Matt and Michelle around and every now and then we stopped for a wedding photograph. It was very relaxed.

Everyone then returned for the wedding breakfast and speeches.

The couple had their first dance and then the evening party began.

Wedding Photographer Hertfordshire at Theobalds Park: At the start of June 2013 I photographed this wedding for Jenny and Lee which took place at Theobalds Park (www.deverevenues.co.uk/locations/theobalds-park.html) near Cheshunt in Hertfordshire.

I arrived at the brides home where the girls were all getting ready. The couple had asked for a relaxed, natural selection of photographs and didn’t want too many posed up shots. So I got to work getting lots of candid shots with lovely expressions.

I then moved on to Ponsbourne St Mary Church (www.achurchnearyou.com/ponsbourne-st-mary/) in Newgate Street where guests were arriving and the weather was looking perfect.
