Wedding Photography at Parklands in Essex: On Tuesday, I photographed Lucy and Jack’s wedding which took place at Parklands, Quendon Hall in Essex (https://www.quendonpark.co.uk/).

I arrived at Parklands, Quendon Hall on the morning of the wedding all prepared for a very wet day. I caught up with the girls who were getting ready in the main house.

I managed to get a shot of the flowers in the rain briefly, although the neutral light has allowed me to brighten the shot and make it look warm and sunny.

The guys were happy to brave the drizzle for a few shots outside.

The bride was soon in her wedding dress and we were almost ready for the ceremony.

The drinks reception was inside, in the bar area and weather didn’t dampen everyone’s spirits.

I did all the family group photographs in the Drawing Room.

As the rain reached it’s lightest point in the afternoon, the guests all braved the elements for this gorgeous group shot.

I then took the couple outside for a few photographs and their wedding portraits.

We headed in for the wedding breakfast in the marquee followed by the speeches.

After the meal the rain finally stopped, so we headed out for a few more photographs.

After some confetti fun, the couple cut their wedding cake and had their first dance together.

I had a great time with Lucy and Jack, and am so pleased we did get lots of outdoor shots. Suzy and the team at Parklands were great, and really looked after us on the day.

Parklands Wedding Photography 2016: On Friday I photographed Carley and Andrew’s wedding at Parklands Wedding Venue, Quendon Hall (https://www.quendonpark.co.uk/) in Essex.

I arrived at Quendon Park on the morning of the wedding where both the bride and the groom were getting ready. I was working alongside Videographer Stephen from Shepperson Wedding Films (https://www.sheppersonfilms.co.uk/) who was really easy to get on with throughout the day.

It was soon time for the wedding ceremony which took place in the Banqueting Hall.

After the ceremony we had a few family photographs and the drinks reception was indoors as it was a little bit chilly. I also took the couple around the venue gardens for their wedding portraits. The gardens at Quendon Hall are great all year round.

After a few more requests, it was time for the wedding breakfast followed by the speeches.

On the evening everyone headed into the Pavilion where the evenings entertainments took place, starting with the cutting of the wedding cake and the first dance. The band of the night was the Chilli Fighters (https://www.chillifighters.com/).

There was also a photobooth provided by Boothiful Photobooths (https://www.boothiful-photobooths.com/) which the guests all seemed to enjoy.

I had a great time photographing Carley and Andrew’s special day, there was time for one more shot.

Parklands Quendon Hall Wedding Photography. In September 2013 I photographed this wedding for Heather and Glenn which took place at Parklands Quendon Hall (www.quendonpark.co.uk) near the village of Quendon in Essex.

I arrived at the brides home for the bridal preparations before heading on to the local church.

After the ceremony and some candid shots outside the church we moved on to Parklands Quendon Hall for the wedding reception. Parklands is an amazing wedding venue and creates the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable wedding. The couple had Mark Greatbatch as their Toastmaster (www.yourweddingtoastmaster.co.uk) who I have worked with many times and he always ensures the day runs smoothly. The couple had a bit a Mustang theme going on and not just the car, see the table details further down. Paul Arnold (Piano Paul – www.pianopaul.co.uk) was also entertaining the guests by playing throughout the reception.

After lots of candid shots and the formal group shots, I took the couple for their portrait session utilising the locations of the wedding venue.

It was then time for the wedding breakfast followed by the speeches.

On the evening the couple had Lovelight (www.lovelightentertainment.com) providing the entertainment and venue styling. They always do an amazing job mixing sound and colour!

I had an amazing day with Heather and Glenn and look forward to returning to Quendon Hall again soon.
